Hello! At Divide Elementary, we have a Student Support Team made up of Mrs. Michelle Hamm and Mrs. Melissa Elswick. We believe that all students have the right to receive support at school and at home as well. Our team can provide additional assistance to your student to help promote their academics, career development, emotional, and personal concerns (such as conflict with a student(s), hard time concentrating in class, etc.). Support can also be provided to families if needed such as, resources for food, stability, bill payment, etc. If you feel that your student needs any additional support, please fill out a referral form by using the QR Code or visiting this link: https://forms.office.com/r/h3xgEntiUG
