As we prepare for upcoming school dances, Midland Trail High School would like to share important expectations to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and appropriate environment for all students.
💡 8th Grade Dance Guidelines
The 8th Grade Dance is a closed event intended primarily for current 8th grade students.
Only 8th grade students may attend unless invited by a current 8th grade student
Any invited guest must be a current MTHS student in grades 6–8
Students must follow all school rules and expectations during the event
This structure helps maintain a comfortable and age-appropriate setting for our middle school students.
✨ Prom Guidelines (Juniors & Seniors)
Prom is reserved for Juniors and Seniors and is also a closed event.
Only current Juniors and Seniors may attend unless they invite a guest
Invited guests must meet one of the following requirements:
Be a current MTHS student in grades 9–12, or
Receive prior approval through the Guest Approval Form from the school office
All attendees are expected to follow school policies and behavioral expectations
