If you want to drive separately as a parent the cost is $85 which includes picnic lunch, drink bands, and admission to park by Monday, March 9, 2026. Please put the name of the people requesting the parent tickets on the envelope. All students have to ride the bus to Carowinds. Thank you.

HISTA applications are being passed out today, January 23, 2026, and the deadline to apply is Feb 14, 2026. This is a great opportunity to get financial help with college, but students must apply in eighth grade and participate in the club requirements all 4 years of high school.

Today, January 23, 2026, you will receive your student’s grade report for the first semester. The report includes separate columns for the first nine weeks, the second nine weeks, and a cumulative grade for the year.
Please note that the cumulative grade reflects all work completed to date, including any assignments the teacher has entered for the third nine weeks. Because grades sync nightly and we are well into the third nine-week grading period, this information is included in the cumulative average.
If you have questions regarding your student’s cumulative grade, please contact the teacher directly. As always, you may also monitor both cumulative and nine-week grades through Schoology. If you need an access code, please reach out to the teacher.
