Please remember field trip permission slips and the $15 are due no later than April 17th.
Also the waiver that came home today must be signed and returned by the 17th. Without the waiver students will not be able to participate in the activities.
It’s very important that all of these items are returned.
Dear New Panther Families, This is a reminder that the donut fundraiser forms, and money are due no later than Monday, April 15th by 10:00 am. We have a short turnaround time, and the donuts will be ready for pick up on Friday, April 19th from 4:00 pm until 6:30 pm in the car rider lane. If you are unable to pick up your order you may send someone to pick it up for you. Any donuts not picked up will be donated.

I have two messages:
First, afterschool tutoring is cancelled for New River Primary today April 11, 2024. Students will be sent home at the end of the regular school day following regular dismissal procedures. We have power on the Oak Hill Campus and we will be having school tomorrow. We need to get eyes on our students and provide a warm meal and a warm place for them to learn. I wanted to let you know so you can prepare. We still do not have power in Fayetteville however I know the Hico area was hit pretty hard. Please keep them in your thoughts and if you are in a situation you need help please let me know or someone close to you. If you have any questions please let me know. After school tutoring will be cancelled Wednesday, March 27, 2024 as we will be holding parent teacher conferences. After school tutoring will also be cancelled on Thursday, March 28, 2024 as this is the start our spring break. All students will be sent home according to their regular dismissal procedures both days.

Parents, if you have not completed the survey for the 21st Century or the Save the Children after school grant. Please complete it as soon as possible. The link can be found on Class Dojo or our Facebook Page.
We will be following a Plan B schedule for Bus 1944, Adam Derringer elementary only tomorrow, Wednesday, March 27. Students on Bus 1944 only will be dismissed at 1:00 pm to take elementary students home. If you have any questions please feel free to call the school.

I have two announcements one about the Book Fair and one about Busing.
Monday, March 25, 2024, is the last day of the book fair. If you want your child to shop and purchase items from the book fair, you will need to send in your money on Monday.
On Monday, March 25, 2024, we will be using the Plan B schedule for students who ride bus 2234 in the PM. The students will be dismissed early from New River Primary at 1:15 PM. Please make arrangements for someone to be present at the bus stop to pick up your child or children.

We will be doing breakfast in classroom as we have a parent group coming in at 9 and we will not be able to clean the cafeteria in time for these meetings. Lowery 21st Century Community Learning Center Program. If funded, this academic and enrichment program will offer afterschool and summer programming for students at New River Primary and New River Intermediate. Good evening New River Primary Parents/Guardians. I have a few announcements.
First, this is just a reminder that if you plan to attend Dr. Seuss Night on Thursday, March 7, 2024, your blue RSVP half sheet is due back to the school no later than tomorrow, Tuesday, February 27, 2024.
Next, March the 5, 2024 is our PTA meeting here at NRP at 5:00. Hope to see you there. We will be reviewing and updating the Student, Parent, School Compacts for each grade level as well as the Family Engagement Policy for next School year. We hope to see you there.
