Dear New River Primary Panther Families, This message is for parents who prepaid for meals to eat with their child or children tomorrow Thursday, December 12, 2024. If we would have a delay tomorrow the luncheon will be canceled. If this were to happen we have a plan in place for you to come to school and eat lunch with your child when it is best for you and your schedule. Details will follow if this would happen. If we do not have a delay please plan to arrive 30 minutes early so we can get you checked in and ready to eat as close to your time as possible. Everyone attending this event must a photo ID ready to sign in. Please look for where you are to sign in when you arrive to the school. Please remember parking for our school is at OHMS or in the gravel parking lot at the top of the hill. Dear Parents and Guardians, The holiday season is upon us, and we are thrilled to invite you to a special Holiday Lunch with your student. This is a wonderful opportunity to come together and share a meal during this festive time. The flyer with all the information was sent home yesterday with your child. The deadline to return this form is Thursday, December 5, 2024. Seating is limited and only two people are permitted per child. However, if we have an overwhelming response, we may be forced to cut off preregistration early. So, get your paper in earlier to avoid this potential issue. We will not be able to take late orders for this event as we are required to per order the food. Again, the last day to send in your order to participate in the holiday lunch is Thursday, December 5, 2024. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the school at 304-469-6661. Dear New River Panther Kindergarten Families, We will be conducting Data and Dice Day for Kindergarten tomorrow Tuesday, November 12, 2024. The am session is from 9:30-10:30 and is for students in Mrs. Shuff, Mrs. Shreve and Price/Logan classes The pm session is from 1:30-2:30 and is for students in Mrs. Adkins, Ms. Hughes, Ms. James and Mrs. Shimenga’s classes. Please park in the gravel lot at the top of the hill. Please be sure to bring a valid photo ID. You will not be permitted to enter the school without a valid photo id.
