OHMS. Cheerleading conditioning will be at the OHMS gym Monday, Wednesday, and Friday of this week from 10-12. Please remember to bring a physical and a water bottle.

OHMS Parent Nights Announced:
Tuesday August 9, 2022- 8th grade
Wednesday August 10, 2022- 7th grade
Thursday August 11, 2022- 6th grade
Each night will begin at 5:30PM and end at 7:30PM
Attention all 7th grade parents and students during the 22-23 school year.
All incoming 7th grade students will need the following vaccinations prior to the school year beginning. TDAP which is tetanus,diphtheria and pertussis. Also meningitis vaccine.
OHMS volleyball will have summer practice (non-mandatory but highly encouraged) all the way up until tryouts.
This week however will be: Monday & Wednesday is 5 -7pm There won’t be practice Tuesday & Friday. Thursday will only go until 6:30. Some unexpected things came up this week.
Positive thought
Football practice and/ or conditioning will begin on August 8, 2022. There will be no conditioning on Monday July 11, 2022 for football at OHMS.

Beginning July 11 through the 22nd , OHMS cheer conditioning will be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 1-3 at OHHS. Please remind them to bring a sports physical and water to conditioning.
Ohms summer training for soccer starts on Monday July 11th from 5:30-7:30pm behind the old Collins middle school. Players must have a completed sports physical dated after may 1st 2022 in order to participate.
