Beginning October 1, 2024, applications will be available at all middle school and high school offices during the school day to provide free admission to athletic events in Fayette County for all veterans, active-duty military and senior citizens age sixty five and older. Please have appropriate documentation when completing the application. When you enter the gate at these events you will be asked to sign in. The cards will be good for all Fayette County events for the 2024-2025 school year but will not be honored at WVSSAC post season events.

Students will receive wristbands designating an adult is with them. An adult is designated as nineteen years of age and older. During the game students may sit with friends, go to the restroom and concession stand without an adult. Students WILL NOT be permitted to play ball or hang out in other unsupervised areas of the event. These measures are being put in place to provide better supervision and safety at all athletic events.

Sports Physicals for the 2024-2025 school year can be completed now at the Fayetteville PK-8 School Based Health Center. Forms are available at the school and in the wellness center. Please fill out form, sign and return to the school office or wellness center and the physical will be completed.

🎶 Our 2nd-4th Grade Music Performances and 5th-8th Choir Performance will be held on Tuesday, May 7 at 1:30pm. Parents\Guardians are invited to attend! 🎶
Spring Picture Proofs need to be returned to the school by Thursday, May 2. In addition, Yearbook Order Forms were sent home today. These forms need returned by Friday, May 3.
FPK8 will do a Plan B for Oak Hill/Fayetteville Bus 1413, Angie Cline for pm run tomorrow-April 18. She will be doing her own Plan B run. She will be at Oak Hill High School at 12:45 pm and Fayetteville PK8 at 1:15 pm to take students home. Families may make arrangements for pickup after school. If you plan to pick your child up after school, please send a note, otherwise, they will ride the bus home at 1:15 pm. As a reminder, this is only for Bus 1413 on the PM run.
